Everything went well until it comes to adb reboot download mode, it has just restarted my phone, it never enter to the download mode

Hi all
I have a Samsung S8+, model SM-G9550, I've been trying to root my phone but without succeeded. I have used almost every root apps that I know but nothing.
I have watched on YouTube how to root using downloading mode but the problem is my phone can't get into download mode. When I press power+volume up+bixby it gives me 3 options to select:
1.recovery mode
2.fastboot mode
3.Normal mode
When I press power+volume down+bixby it gives me a list of many options in Chinese. I am stuck and don't know what to do please help.

I think I have understood where the problem is coming from but to be sure I would need a screenshot of "software information" in "about the phone". And a photo of what is displayed when you do the power+up+ bixby and power+down+ bixby mode
