Nop, apps still poppin out, I found some data on /data/ I deleted them but, keeps coming back

NEED help please

I followed the process, installed the kernel and ran the RUNME exe, but my device is still S-ON. It has been rooted, but not S-OFF'd. What can I do? I tried installing a ROM but it does not complete the process and it's stuck

it worked. neither the root nor the bootloader unlocking will change that.
the S is ON until someone will figure it out.
there are some other threads here explaining it better

SIM Question

HI there,

I have a friend at HTC and she send me aa AT&T branded Jetstream as a b-day present. I have not been able to use a SIM with it because the device did not go through AT&T warehouse so its not n their database. I bought the unlock code online and when I enter it it recognizes and reboots, but ask for the code again. It is still "Network locked". I rooted and installed the DoomKernel (all works well) but still no luck.

Any ideas?

What files exactly?
