Just now I upload it for your clarification. My variant is SM-G955FD Indian variant. This method works 100% on SM-G955FD / F Exenos variants. I dont tested on other variants
Hi. This metod Works in AQH3 Rom in 955FD Variant? I need help for Root my s8+. Thank you!

I have the UAE version (G955FD) with build G955FXXU1AQG5.
THIS METHOD WORKS! Thank You!

I am not a developer, I am just a guy that likes to do minor tweaks with root access.
But I'm wondering if from step 12 onward, wouldn't it be possible to just load verity and supersu on the SDCard prior starting this whole process and just flash it that way rather than sideloading? Should be the same thing.

One more thing is I got this notification after the whole root process and installing all apps saying "unauthorized access blah blah, restart to fix." This was shown by the device management. I couldn't stop that notification from popping up even after swiping away. What I did was I just froze SecurityLogAgent 5.1.09 with Titanium and that solved that problem.
Hi. This metod Works in AQH3 Rom in 955FD? Is necessary wipe the smartphone? Thank you.

Just verified with SM-G955F(XXU1AQH3) and it checks out. However, I struck on some fun stuff. After running the first sideload, I rebooted and ended up with Minimal not recognizing my device. This led to the impossibility of using any ADB commands at all.

To avoid this issue:
1) adb push "-filepath-\UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.82-20170528234214" /sdcard/.
2) Go into advanced, sideload -> adb sideload no-verity-opt-encrypt-5.1.zip
3) After finish, go back, reboot the phone to recovery and just flash SuperSU as regular (TWRP home -> Install - Find ZIP you pushed in step 1)
4) Wipe dalvik and cache and reboot your phone. Let it take it's time and done.
5) Remember Snapchat will not work after Root ;)

not that i followed the same exact steps in pushing the files in adb... but the above method also worked for me
UAE /intl version SM-G950FD
oem unlock and allow USB debug
use odin 3 on PC or jodin on MAC (when loading up the file in Jodin, you have to first extract the PIT file, and after you find where the file was stored (hidden /var/ direcory), you can move it to wherever easier you might find... then you add TWRP to AP section of odin (jodin is same, but include PIT file you just used)
that way you push TWRP (using auto-reboot option checked) and make sure you load recovery immediately after system reboots after pushing TWRP. FOrmat phone.
Using adb in TWRP you can move no-verity and SU into the phone, disconnect the USB and flash the 2 files in the same order
viola

(PS , i eventually got a security warning when i loaded the system, fixed by download link2sd , and freezing the securitylog application)

It actually does. I rooted my A5 and I lost my warranty.
It's what Samsung said. But the law states that product warranty is not void by the user tampering with the software - unless it's the tampering that caused the hardware issue (e.g. overclocking and cooking the CPU) - but this has to be proven by the warranty provider, in front of court.

Samsung can not refuse to take your phone in for repairs in warranty just because you rooted. If the support personnel says otherwise, they are incorrect, and you should go to the appropriate buyer protection authority (in Hungary it's currently the National Authority for Consumer Protection, which is right now part of the Nemzeti Fejlesztesi Miniszterium).

Why do you want to change your IMEI? It's illegal...

now appeared on my device:
Code:
Security notice:
Unauthorized actions have been detected. Restart your phone to undo these actions
someone would know how to fix this, if I reboot the phone no longer calls, then I have to reset with Odin
