Root twrp Xiaomi Redmi 4X [Santoni]

I would like to ask if anyone can help me solve a problem with my phone?
I have a Redmi 4X 3/32 who forgets (that is, does not remember the settings).
I installed TWRP from CMD or Flash.bat, after which I can install what I want!
If I give the command "fastboot boot ... recovery.img" !
If I give the command "fastboot reboot", I can not install anything again!
Any zip (ROM or software).
After restarting, I can not install anything !!!
No setting will keep it in mind!
By default, the light is set to 100%. I set it at 30%.
If I try to install something (example: SuperSu, Magisk, Led_Global ... RR ...), nothing goes be right!
Light returns to 100%.
Do not know where the problem is?
Where am I wrong ?
Did I erase something wrong?
I have installed several versions of TWRP.
After reboot I get error from capture "Screenshot_2018-02-17-18-57-23".
Can anyone help me, please nice?
