I own a D6603. I see you say that the D6653 is identical, but when trying to flash ROMs I'm finding that they are not jiving with the recovery declaring my phone as a D6653. Is there something I can do to correct this?

shady ezdownloader links

Is there a way for me to obtain these kernels without installing this shady ezdownloader thing that comes with downloading from dev-host?

Please excuse me if this is a stupid question, but will this work with Lollipop on a Z3 with an unlocked bootloader? Or is there a suitable alternative recovery for stock (not CM or AOSP-based) Lollipop yet?

for who have issue about WiFi in D6633

The problem is you start flashing kernel for F.1.74 and you kernel F.0.96 because of that wifi wont turn on

Solve:

1- Download D6633_23.0.F.1.74_CE

2- Flash it with Flashtool (to put the phone in Flashmode you need to hold vol down and plug the usb and everything should be done)

3- go back to first page in this post and download KERNEL IMAGE D6633 23.0.F.1.74

and flash it

everything will be ok ;)

USB OTG

Apparently I cannot mount an USB OTG in TWRP, tried with my Sandisk DUAL USB drive 16gb formated in FAT32 and nothing happens. Since I don't have a SD card, I have to had a lot of space free for the Backup.

Anyone tried the USB OTG and got it to work? (using a D6603)

I've made a full backup using twrp but the file size is rather large and getting in the way.. I've backed up the backup on numerous devices .. My question.. Can I delete the backup from my phone to free up space or does it need to remain on my phone in case of any problems?

Sent from my D6603 using XDA Free mobile app

This is my phone stock:

Model Number: D6603
Android Version: 5.0.2
Build Number: 23.1.A.0.690

Tried installing bootZ3monxtest01.img through Linux, because I'm not able to find a working ADB Shell for Windows.
This is the output:

Code:
[email protected]:/home/rocketdog/supersu/Linux# fastboot flash boot bootZ3monxtest01.img
sending 'boot' (13056 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.416s]
writing 'boot'...
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.419s

If anyone knows how to do this Windows-style, please send me a personal message.
