Even we use nova launcher,we can't hide

Go to nova launcher settings then look and feel, scroll a bit you fill find notification bar - i think you have to buy nova prime for that then it will be enabled

v15 pro bootloader cant to unlock

im tried lots of commands for unlock but lol its says- FAILED (remote: unknown command)

Base on the instruction i think it'll work using magisk.
