Root went bad and now I'm stuck on a boot loop. What do I do?

Pressing Vol up+power+Bixby buttons doesn't do anything. I'm only able to boot into the "odin menu". I think I've downloaded a stock firmware but after unzipping it I get these files on the picture attached. Now what do I do with it? Which file should I "select to flash"?

I don't know much about this, and although I've jailbroken/rooted some phones before something clearly went wrong this time.

Files: imgur (dot) com (slash) dQkslmF (dot) png

PS: I have a Note 8 from Portugal (N950F). I downloaded this firmware from some other website,, but if you know where I can get a legit one, let me know

UPDATE: I loaded all the files but Odin failed and wasn't able to flash the firmware. What do I do?

Make sure you have a proper version of Odin that are capable of flashing the files. Samsung made changes to Odin at one point that made it difficult to impossible to manually flash firmward, for anyone that isn't Samsung (as I understood the situation).
You should get Odin 3.13.1. You should be able to find a link to it in any of the custom ROM threads.
