DooMLoRD Easy Rooting Toolkit v13 released!

Now supports:
  • Xperia Tablet Z (SGP311/2) {FW: 10.1.C.0.370}
  • Xperia Tablet Z (SGP321) {FW: 10.1.1.A.1.307}

and a bunch of other devices!

biggest change is that now rooting only depends on the firmware version! all customizations & all device variants are now supported!
Thank you so much, worked perfectly, i am so happy i finally have root! Check your PayPal and have a good weekend!

Thank you for your hard work! Do you think OTA Root Keeper will work when we finally get 4.2? Are all root keepers the same or are some better than others?

Sent from my SGP321 using XDA Premium HD app
i guess OTA root keeper should work...

BTW by the looks of things, since Xperia ZL already got the 4.2.2 update and it was rootable using this same hack, the 4.2.2 firmware of Xperia Tablet Z might be rootable :) (if Sony doesnt bother to patch this exploit)

Hi mate, good work!

Is this the same as the method that was in Japanese? I used that method whichever worked.

No word on 4.2.2 for this tablet from what I can see, I assumes its planned, but that's a discussion for another thread :)

i am not really sure...

the three of us (me, fi01 & hiikezoe) have collaborated to get this exploit working on multiple devices...

we are improving it everyday :)

I haven't tried it myself (yet) - I am still on OTA .244 (unrooted) but plan to follow these steps at some point over the next day or so ...
Oh hmm, so it only work for those updated via PC companions?

I think I'm staying away from that root procedure for now, seems complicated and requires to unlock BL, hopefully we see a easier version soon haha, kind of regretted upgrading to 4.2.2 :(

Yes, i can confirm this problem. Same on my sgp321 (stock rom, rooted, SuperSu in survivalmode, rootkeeper installed).
