is your /system partition untouched? try to flash supersu in systemless mode, to see if it is any of sony's security measures.
ps: and can you enter recovery btw?

this is stock kernel with sony_init binaries. see if you can enter recovery, flash supersu systemless mode, and see if device boots.
if it doesnt, i am out of ideas for now. maybe when @AndroPlus has some spare time he can give us a hand.

Still no luck, wont boot I'm getting a black screen. Nothing else. reflashed the rooted stock kernel and tried entering recovery true adb command but it's just rebooting
just to be shure this is what I am doing when I'm flashing recovery & root:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img

The kernel in the other link was somethinh i was testing but it also didn't work(tried it by modifying this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z5/development/root-automatic-repack-stock-kernel-dm-t3301605)
On my z5 i boot 1st the boot.img
Reboot
Then the recovery
Try if that works

I've tried some things but I can't get it to work for now. But I think the omni recovey just isnt right for us.

that thread is basically omni recovery.. even the sources and methods of compiling are the same.
when you hot booted the recovery on /boot partition, you said that you had recovery right?

the boots into a black screen and nothing happens, if i do a hard reset after this and try to access recovery true adb command it just reboots

if you unlock the bootloader, you will loose drm keys. the drm-fix is for that effect.
it wont restore your keys, but it will give the same functionally as if you had them.
Nice work, will test them later today. With the previous twrp my touchscreen was working. Maybe Androplus has some tips on bypassing the decrypt password, remeber reading something about it in his kernel thread on the x perfermance forum.

You mean I loose the drm, but I will still have the full functions of the phone, eg xreality bravia engine, working? As if drm key was never lost?

Well good news @infected_ I reverted back to 292 firmware from 301. Flashed your latest kernel an twrp and device is booting normaly and i can enter twrp! Butt still need paasword and also cant mount partitions
i've reached @AndroPlus and talked about all this situation.
i am waiting for a reply from him, but considering it almost midnight in Japan, we need to wait.

After installing the latest kernel i cant access files on my sd card.
Mp3 for example.. New copied Files are ok.
Sd card Encryption was enabled.
