Install 5.0.2 with flashtool, root it with this tool or kingroot, install recovery and flash pretooted 5.1.1 rom from recovery.
May sound complicated, but actually, if software and drivers are properly installed, it takes no more than 20-30 min for the whole process to do.
Thanks for the reply but the thing is that i didn't want to downgrade the android. Anyway, i rooted it with kingroot,they finally released the exploit for 5.1.1. Installed xz dual recovery, xposed and now i have only one issue left to fix. It's a little offtopic but if someone can help me with will be very happy for. I tried to install busybox with no success. Flashed v1.22.1-bionic, tried Stericson installer and Jrummy's installer but when i check for busybox it says its installed in /bin version N/A with 0 applets and size 489700 bytes, also the output for busybox is error: only position independent executables (PIE) are supported. I can't even remove it!

@AndroPlus

Latest kingroot (4.6.0) can successfully root Sony android 5.1.1 firmwares:

Xperia Z - .222 firmware.
Xperia Z1C - .216 firmware
Xperia Z Ultra - .368 firmware
Xperia Z2 - .546 firmware.

Practically all of them are latest ones, so, i presume, chinese hackers found new exploit in android 5.1.1.

It would be great, if this exploit can be implemented into rootkitXperia tool, cause not all users trust kingroot/vroot and other chinese rooting tools.

You can't, the used exploit has been fixed in that version of the rom. (i know as I have a Xperia M4 Aqua as well).
Yes. I've tried both getroot files from both zips (main and M4 Aqua one), both will crash at getroot, meaning the device recognises the exploit and reboots and gets rid of all data/local/tmp files to prevent root access

Edit: Please see error boot delivery flashtool
