That's interesting. I've flashed 2.25 twice now without any issues. The first time was on a clean install of 21Q and the second time on a dirty install of the factory images of R. Both times 2.25 installed without issues. Twrp 2.8.2.1

Where is the 2.25? i have the 2.23.

2.27 on R success

I was on R unlocked and rooted w/CFAR using su 2.25 and TWRP 2.8.2.1. Here is what i did - uninstalled/deleted SU, fastboot erased recovery and boot, fastboot flashed stock R boot and recovery. Rebooted all was ok NO ROOT. Then -> fastboot erase recovery -> fastboot flash TWRP -> flashed SU 2.27 w/TWRP -> wipe dalvik/cache -> reboot -> BAAAM ROOT. Thank you Chainfilre!!!!!!

Flash the boot and system and recovery image from 4.4.4. That should cover anything you've done to your device

From 4.4.4? There is no 4.4.4 for the nexus 9... I assume you mean the original 5.0 (Q).

Thanks
