I have installed rooted oxygen os an my oneplus 3t device earlier.
When I received update and after installing it i lost my root performance...
Is there any solution to root permanently....

You either install root again, or you do not install system updates and wait for new pre-rooted image. There is no permanent solution as system-update will Unroot as precaustion.
