1) Budget Android, ideally under $100;

2) Very Long battery life;

3) Rootable;

4) Must: Quad-band GSM (850MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, 1900MHz);

5) Must: UMTS 850 and 1900 MHz;

6) Desirable: UMTS 900, 2100 and 1800 MHz

7) Desirable: detachable battery, or easy to replace

Just spend 10$ more and buy lenovo vibe p1m
Its the best budget mobile phone out there with huge battery life of 4000 mah
Just the battery is not removable but is really a nice device
And yes,it is rootable
It also has quad core and has 4g LTE
