So i'm reading that if we root the phone it will cause encryption to not behave as expected and then it will cause existing data to be lost/wiped?

I see a bunch of people have rooted their phone. Want to ask what happens to encryption and existing data on phone.

Thanks

cool. Which root method did you use?

Did you also enable api2 for the google camera?
I used CF-Auto-Root, because Magisk did not work for me.

Talking about api2, it's not that dangerous so there is no possibility it could wipe the storage
