[Rooting] MIUI Global 7.5.25 Issue

Hi All,

I am looking into rooting my years old mi 3 using the following tutorial

However, I am facing difficulty whereby my PowerShell couldn't regconize "adb" or "fastboot". Any idea how to overcome or any other tutorial??
