Link to drivers are broken

I've personally always had problems with the drivers on windows. Used the linux cd here:

Unrevoked is the best way but you need revolutionary first to s-off

Can you post a link to these procedures? this seems harder then doing my inspire maybe cause its been so long since ive done this.
