If stock firmware has meta-inf folder in the zip file, you can just flash it in TWRP and then reboot to recovery (it will boot to stock recovery) and do factory reset.
Then re-flash TWRP.
If firmware you installed is emui 4.1 then format data in TWRP or it will be unmountable, because data is encrypted by default in 4.1 I think.

Else you can get stock recovery from UPDATE.APP file by using huawei update extractor which probably can be found from this forum.

yes it has meta-inf folder , but if firmware is emui 4.1 should I format data in TWRP before flashing the firmware or after flashing it ?

After, please read the reason I explained with more thought and you'll see why.
Also formatting data is different than wiping data, but it is found in same place in TWRP.

Hello everybody. I am new on Honor 4x forum. First of all, I want to thank you, @ksrt12, and all contributors and RR crew. This rom makes my device what it should be. Before unlocking bootloader and installation I had read the whole thread and learnt a lot from forum members. After one day of using this rom I can say it's awesome. It has lots of very useful options. So far, I don't need Xposed. I didn't have any issues mentioned in the thread. I finally have enough space for apps (adoptable storage). All of you guys were very helpful. Have a nice day.

The stock firmware is working good but there is one problem that I can't download files through chrome it says download failed due to file system errors and can't receive files through Share it app as it says file generation failed ... emui version 4.0 marshmallow 6.0.1
