Thank you for your response , but can you give me a link for the stock recovery ... and about the three buttons you sir mean are they ( volume up , volume down , power buttons ) ?
If stock firmware has meta-inf folder in the zip file, you can just flash it in TWRP and then reboot to recovery (it will boot to stock recovery) and do factory reset.Thank you for your response , but can you give me a link for the stock recovery ... and about the three buttons you sir mean are they ( volume up , volume down , power buttons ) ?
yes it has meta-inf folder , but if firmware is emui 4.1 should I format data in TWRP before flashing the firmware or after flashing it ?If stock firmware has meta-inf folder in the zip file, you can just flash it in TWRP and then reboot to recovery (it will boot to stock recovery) and do factory reset.
Then re-flash TWRP.
If firmware you installed is emui 4.1 then format data in TWRP or it will be unmountable, because data is encrypted by default in 4.1 I think.
Else you can get stock recovery from UPDATE.APP file by using huawei update extractor which probably can be found from this forum.
After, please read the reason I explained with more thought and you'll see why.yes it has meta-inf folder , but if firmware is emui 4.1 should I format data in TWRP before flashing the firmware or after flashing it ?

The stock firmware is working good but there is one problem that I can't download files through chrome it says download failed due to file system errors and can't receive files through Share it app as it says file generation failed ... emui version 4.0 marshmallow 6.0.1After, please read the reason I explained with more thought and you'll see why.
Also formatting data is different than wiping data, but it is found in same place in TWRP.

yes 4g is supported by deviceDoes your sim support 4G.
Did you installed the b580 in TWRP and if you did, did you do a stock factory reset after that?(Not sure will it make difference in your problem if you didn't, but it might. I know it makes difference in other stuff.)yes 4g is supported
sim does not support 4G....Did you installed the b580 in TWRP and if you did, did you do a stock factory reset after that?(Not sure will it make difference if you didn't, but it might).
Well I think you'll need 4G supported sim. You still don't need to have 4G connection, just a sim card that supports it.sim does not support 4G....
