here is my small fix for those who cant flash the newest update/
-- Just get an old firmware zip file and replace the whole META-INF (eg.- Feb update (b114) --> Drag and drop the whole Meta Inf into the newest one -----> then try to reflash==

I installed the build with standard partitions, and my Apps2SD is not linking apps anymore, so most of my apps seem to have disappeared. What can be the problem?

UPDATE: There was a fix for this inside the Apps2SD app, and I have successfully restored all the "disappeared" apps.

When I use the new ROM(b5.zip),WiFi is error.
Last ROM(b114.zip) isn't problem. If I use P8 lite ROM,I also can't use WiFi
4X can use p8lite rom,but don't use WiFi. Their WiFi is different

hey thanks for the latest built... for me it's awesome so far... but somehow i don't what i did that this happened it doesn't have root access for me . Could it be because i also formatted cust and internal storage before installing this rom?

i have not access to usb too, when i connect it to pc by usb nothing happens too :/

you need wipe dalvik cache after zip install, and after first boot you need clean data of "Clock" and "Phone" (not "Contacts!")

Thanks for the update, finally the sim of my honor 4x works of individual sim without problems.
but it has 3 errors, 1 with storage when deleting something does not update the free space you have to reboot the system and the 2 problem is with the 3D games come out color boxes can not emulate 3D spaces well and the led notifications do not work and if they put double tap it would be great.

When I plug the phone into my PC after the new b5, it doesn't detect. Also it's showing me lots of mobile broadcast messages. I use single Airtel 4G sim.

These broadcast messages appear to contain my cell tower location and some other random characters which doesn't make sense (probably coming from the cell provider).

Easy way is to use firmware finder, if it still exist. Download wanted version with/from it/there and just flash it in TWRP like any rom. (If you don't need usb OTG, you can probably find p8lite firmware b896 or b895 with EMU 4.1 from p8lite's forum and that also works on honor 4x)

Other way is just try to play around with force update or other stock updating methods and hope something happens.(If you are dump you can (soft)brick your device like this. But with some patience and thinking everything should go okay.)

i have downloaded honor 4x EMui 4 android 6 UPDATE.APP
but i dont know how to install it, i installed RROS, but now my otg dosnt work, and i connect my phone to computer with usb cable and not work! this is good rom but i think this is very bad rom! :|

That sound like hardware issue. If you want to try hard way of updating, which might even refuse to update, you can put that update.app in your sd-card to folder named dload and do force update (vol+, vol-, power).

Is your battery full? I think it refuses to start if battery is too low. You can use huawei update extractor to get stock recovery from update.app. Though I'm pretty sure it's not needed for updating.

no i have 87% battery
my big problem is usb because i cant use ADB
