There is a problem at Settings > Configurations > LOCK SCREEN > Lock UI:
These options have no effect on lockscreen

• Show lockscreen clock
• Show lockscreen date
• Font options

This ROM is not capable of disabling the SIM ((it had the original ROM)
I need to use a SIM card sometimes.
And I don't want to be always active

I installed emui 4 version of p8 lite on my Honor 4x with kirin, to install the roms of the p8 lite with twrp in honor 4x and they work, but the signal does not work. Could you carry some 8x android rom of p8 lite to 4x honor without so many mistakes?

I think there is no rom for cherryplus (kirin) which is maintained now. Unfortunately.

I tested the ROM in multiple devices and found out it works in pretty much any Honor 4* Kirin 620 device, these are the models I tested:

Honor 4C:
G735-L03
G735-L23
CHC-U01
CHC-U02
CHM-U01

Honor 4X:
CHE2-L12

P8 Lite:
ALE-L01

Everything works as expected (Including Bluetooth, Camera, Double Sim, 4G LTE). I've found a single problem with the ROM, and it only happens when using headphones. It's just a minor bug regarding the volume sliders.

After many years, I can finally install a custom OS on my old 4C phone. Thank you.

Can you port rom 8.0 Kirin 620 from P8 Lite to this Honor4X?

I installed 5 roms of P8 lite on my Honor 4X, first install emui 4 official P8 Lite on Honor 4X and then install RROS, Mokee, Dot Os, Lineage Os and Paranoid of P8 lite on my Honor 4X, on all signal it works perfectly but wifi and bluetooth don't work, can you make a android 8.0 rom (Dot Os or RROS) from P8 Lite work on Honor 4X perfectly ???

CHE2-TL00 WI-FI not working

My phone is Che2-TL00,and have flashed european/russian stock (B535) (via twrp, mount all partitions), then reflash twrp and flash RR.
However, WI-FI does not work properly, it shows that the WLAN is being turned on, and it is stuck. China specified by WI-FI area code.

And I flashed AospExtended-v4.6-cherryplus-20180324-2147-10.zip

1.unlock the bootloader.
2.flash twrp for Che2-ul00
3.download the huawei p8 lite ROM.
4.In the twrp recovery mount all partitions. It is very important if you don't want a bricked phone.
5.flash p8 lite ROM. It will reboot.
6.flash twrp again.
7.flash RR ROM.
Unlock the bootloader first.

hi ! i tried it several times in che2-l11 twrp 3.0.2.0 but not working ! Only working custom roms is DOT-N-v1.2 , Slim7, and lineage 13 downloaded from 4pda.ru

Hi

When trying to flash this ROM from TWRP, I get the following error message:
failed
E3004: This package is for device: hi6210sft, cherryplus; this device is cherry.

My device is Honor 4X Che2-L11

hi6210sft is p8lite (reported as compatible with or similar to Che2-L11.

I don't understand...
Is this rom indeed for Honor 4X Che2-L11?

EDIT: The version of twrp I was using was not the good one. It was designed for Cherry devices (Che1-xx?) that have snapdragon 410, not for Cherryplus devices that have kirin 620. Thus twrp "thought" my phone was cherry and would not let me flash roms designed for cherry plus.
Thanks to @Bob1900 I installed a custom version of twrp designed for cherryplus devices (post - link). After that I could install this version of RRos
Then, as mentionned in the OP, I could go into settings->updates and find links to DL a newer version of RRos (oct 2019) and a newer version of twrp for Cherryplus devices by @ksrt12 (v. 3.2.2). I don't know how to DL these outside from RRos. Maybe updating the OP would be useful.
