Running batch clear cache makes my task bar to disappear.

I donno if anyone had faced this problem or not. When I run clear cache with Titanium back up pro, my task bar gets hidden, and I can see the program as full screen. As don't have a home button or a back button, the only way to end the program is to restart, which fixes the problem. Amy input will be helpful.
