Okay guys. a lot of you seem to have issues, as did I when I first attempted.
here's a step by step. make sure you have USB debugging on.

Download the AIO Tool Kit and extract. anywhere
Hasoons AIO Toolkit

Download the Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_1.29.651.7_encrypted_ROM.zip and rename it to something short such as lol.zip(that's what I used) and place it at the root of your c:/ drive, so c:/lol.zip

Navigate to the AIO toolkit folder you extracted, Open the One.exe. At the bottom, click reboot into bootloader and then do command.

Hold shift and right click then click Open Command Window Here.

when the command line opens up type

fastboot oem lock

fastboot oem rebootRUU

fastboot flash zip c:/lol.zip

If you get a message about flushing, then retype the last command and it'll work

Question. When you flash this, this puts you back to stock with no evidence of being rooted? I always gotta have a backup plan for when rooting goes awry.

Is it a way to get rid of relock to locked. Thanks

No, there isn't.

Everything goes back to stock but your bootloader says relocked as opposed to locked. Not an issue as most exchange services don't check your bootloader.

FML...Every time I flash any of the ruu's I keep getting an error.. It says FAIl..not signed properly.. does anyone know what I can do..
I have to ask , did you relock the bootloader? Did you extract the zip ? And did you check the MD5 to make sure you got a good download? I downloaded earlier and it took forever and thats when you can get a bad download

Make sure you're relocked, and that you have a good download. I had to Download twice for it to work

I am relocked. Should I delete the first download and try to redownload it? Does it have to be renamed?

and does it have to be the encrypted rom?

EDIT: I may have downloaded the decrypted one if that makes any difference, but I'm not sure

So I downloaded and installed the "encrypted" zip. I flashed it using the toolkit, not the command prompt, but I'm getting the flush error. I went through the whole process a second time, but I get the same error. How do I get rid of that error without doing it all over again?

Just run the flash zip command again, not the whole thing.
