So then it works in CR, not here, and do you mean DATA, if so, did you check it was enabled. Its a dumb question I know, but LOS disables by default, and since you can get it working under CR, something is up with the install or afterwards process.

No one else, including me, had any mobile issues, so I assumed you were overseas or something, but not on the same verizon service as me, same phone as me, and in the USA (assuming), so theres no difference except the process used, or after build. Please explain what you faced because I dont understand if it was a full out mobile issue (no calls/texts/data), or you had everything (RIL calls/texts) but no mobile data. The latter (no mobile data) would make sense as its disabled by default on some ROMs.

If its an all out signal, then most likely your APNs got screwed up, that would definitely cause a mobile outage that no one else has. Reset APNs to default (verizon) and set the global/ETC, and you would be fine, but I havent had to force set those in many devices (Pixel 2XL was the last time) so IDK what happened, but the ROM itself, isnt the cause:

If you are happy with CR, then all is well, but if you want to get back onto another ROM, I can help but we will have to schedule it so you dont have downtime with RIL.
just reflashed Google im edit

So I flashed Google images and re flashed. All is well.
Does Google call screener? Can we get Bluetooth battery level in the status bar or quick settings tile. And can we get the option to Longpreess or click the icon to unlock the phone screen like in crdroid?

Call Screen works fine, and for feature requests, I recommend joining the Telegram group and asking there. The developers are actively replying there.

Also, what's this longpress/click the icon to unlock the phone screen that you speak of? 🤔

I just found out the lock icon for descendants is at the top of the screen. Click it, or press for 2sec to unlock.

So my recent key won't activate anymore. It does nothing when you press it. Any fixes other than rebooting 100x a day
You have probably have installed and using a 3rd party launcher, with using a 3rd party launcher over the default (system launcher) and you have it set to default launcher (3rd party)? If yes, and if this is your setup, with system launcher no longer the default launcher, then stop the current launcher, start it (and also restart the default launcher as well), then recents will return working with the recent apps (still in memory) showing up once you restart the launcher (or both 3rd party/default). The problem here is recents come from the launcher, and 3rd party launchers (when set to default) cannot always hold it in RAM so restarting the launcher fixes it without a reboot.

It happens to me every so often, but isn't directly related to this ROM itself, but the launcher(s) installed, with using a 3rd party launcher as default. I get it here (descendant PLUS LOS) so its cross ROM which means its more launcher related, than ROM/OS related.

How do you stop current launcher?

How do you stop current launcher?
System/apps/... (top right corner) show system and find the default launcher, "force stop". BUT before you stop the default, try with the 3rd party first, just stop it (FC) then open it from the same app info page (on your launcher installed) and test. If not, also restart default, then test, it will work.

Launchers aren't listed in your battery consumption
I am not sure what you mean, and no idea what you are saying or asking (try to explain better so I don't have to guess as much so I can help better).

However, if you are meaning to bypass battery optimization, yes I always do with 3rd party and allow it to run in the background with as much battery as needed (unrestricted). You can get to that permission from the full permission list, then find battery, ETC...

You can also fc an app by, long pressing battery in qs, then click battery usage, see what app is causing an issue, and then click fc. I meant that.

LOL well I'm glad you explained it because there's no way in heck, any rational/normal person reading it would pull that from your comment. All good though, I just wanted to make sure you're good and you didn't need anything else from me.

Sorry for the short reply. I've slept 4hr all week
lol, all good, don't worry, I am OFTEN misunderstood myself and come off poorly over text/email/XDA/ETC.. I often write things in the worst possible way it seems by trying to keep it technical so I either come off as short, or angry, or replying as if I was being a jerk, but I never am. I am just an engineer by trade (senior sys engineer/architect) by day, and a Harley builder / Android dev by night so I am always doing something that needs to be explained to someone/somewhere. The technical spillage tends to derail my train so I don't come off as intended (most of the time). I am always adding in after the fact, or replying to a message, just so I can explain the tone. I try to explain the "tone" is nothing more than my brain going into overdrive and it becomes all bits and bytes so I don't often relay the tone properly, so I get it!
