Go to "Pone and Call Mods" tab in Rom Control (it's the app that comes with Sieuan ROM) and set "Dialer backround color" , "Diapad digits color" and Diapad letters color"It should be legacyincallui right?

Like mine :
Dialer backround color = #FF000000 (Pure Black)
Diapad digits color = #FFFFFFFF (Pure white)
Diapad letters color = #FF565656 (In middle of Black and white)

@badboy_6120...here are some screens that I captured to bring out some remaining apps and parts of UI that need to be fixed. Fixing them all would be very hard I know. But I believe you can do it.

I was reaching a point to think that nobody wants these problems to go away anymore, but you prove me wrong
Contacts and message app are almost done and all menu and dialogs color are now fixed and I try to upload them tomorrow with a themed SystemUI with weather problem fixed.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't know the use of "Gallery" or "My Files" ??????
Do you really use them at all while there is the best File manager pre-installed in your rom and there's "Quickpic" around with much more options and much more performance????
I personally use My Files only when I first install a rom and want to install "Root explorer" and that is not a problem in this Rom. and always replace Gallery with Quickpic

No need to theme them bro...i just listed them to give a wholesome report. But do try to theme SPlanner and job manager.
and also I use "Nova Launcher" instead of Stuck launcher
I think you all know that launcher haaaa???
I've never had any problem with it
it's much lighter and much faster than stuck launcher and It also have Gesture option that I think it's a must have function for a launcher
since I bought Note 3 and with Gesture options of Nova launcher I've never pressed my phone's Power buttons to turn the screen off. I just use double tap gesture of nova to turn off the screen. and for the waking up the phone I only use "Smart Screen On" so every time I want to wake the phone I move my finger in front of Proximity sensor
this app is a Battery friendly and best of its kind and I've hadn't any problem with it at all

Those are Important apps and I will definitely modified them
I also use Nova. best launcher. The launcher in my screenshots besides the stock launcher is Nova. The homescreen was yet to be set up.

Don't worry there is no problem with your SystemUI.apk
You just have to go to Rom Control in your phone and in Notification Panel change the color options related to those you want to change their color
That's it
