S Health and secure folders don't work after flashing original firmware! Knox 0x0

Hi. After flashing firmware via odin from another country, s health and secure folder stoped working. I made factory reset, then I flashed the proper firmware for my device (from the same country-carrier) but the apps are still not working! What should I do? Knox is not tripped (0x0)

Check download mode. Is it "0x030c" or something like that? If so its still tripped.

I just flash a firmware via odin. (AP select only)
