I use Vanir Rom 4.4.4 ,there Samsung apps work :S Barometer and Smart Remote other apps canno"t install or not work.

as always for odex:
1. Put apk in system/app (or priv-app/*name_of_apk_folder/)
2. Delete old apks
3. remove odex files (the Arm folder)
4. set correct permissions
5. reboot

In fact note 3 lollipop message and S5 message apps are the same. I put in my thread only to get multilanguage support for S4...

I have installed s5 s-voice on my galaxy s4. However: hands - free mode doesn't work properly now: apparently on the s5 it's called car-mode now. Regardless, the s5 s-voice app won't trigger from hands - free mode and the setting to attach it to a bluetooth trigger so upon entering my car it switches to "car mode" is missing!

How to install
There is two way:
1.You don't have Scrapbook pre-installed (most of S4 users) --> simply install as a normal apk.

2.You've Scrapbook already installed as a System App (probably all Note 3 users) --> With a file manager go to system/priv-app and delete Pinboard.apk.Then copy the new one in the same folder.Set correct permissions.Reboot.

What do you mean by correct permissions?

After you've added the apk into the folder, set the permissions to rw-r-r.
