Even if your firmware is stock and the bootloader is stock......even then the recovery could be custom as there is a rom installed. What i am trying to say is that you have to check EVERYTHING for the full 100%.

It's too easy to say that if your rom is stock its all oke !

Do a : fastboot getvar all

Post the info here WITHOUT the serial and imei and let's see what's happening !
The following is mine. I want to completely return to Stock rom I want 100% stock. I don't want to just restore a twrp recovery, I'm a kind of noob ih this tech & I tried to figure it my self out but I failed. Can you please tell me how can I go back to 100% stock firmware?
My vars are following:

(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 3.19.0.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.12.20.1211

Why do you think it is only Sprint or Verizon? You realize there are over 2 dozen carrier/region versions of the M8?
Please do fastboot getvar all, and post the results (delete IMEI and serial number before posting). That way, we can see info about the device and possibly determine what version you have.

but i have doubt that its sprint coz its back side in small letter said model op6b700.
Means nothing. We've seen a lot of M8 devices on this forum, that have had their back plates replaced to "remove" a carrier logo (like Sprint logo). So it's completely possible the back plate Model ID doesn't match what is inside (and what is inside is what matters).
Again, we really need the getvar data, to know what version you have.

If you don't know what he did, we can't possibly figure it out, either. You paid this guy to fix it. It's their responsibility to tell you what they did.

But now i have lots of issue
What issues??? You say the phone is behaving strange, and has lots of issues. But you don't name a single specific issue. Best way to get help on this forum is to provide as much detail as possible. You are doing the opposite, and being as vague as possible!
