S-off but issues!

Ok, so i finally rooted(which i thought i did) with auto root tool... anyways.. it shows s-off but i can not get the permissions a go with crw's? any suggestions would be much appreicated

If you used mine and it installed the super user app , open up the auto root and select option 3... also i created an updated batch file and posted it up on my thread along with other files that will help the process along

get root running and flash the clockworkmod recovery then flash a custom rom.
