Howto:
-Install the htc drivers from HERE (if you didn't already had em)
-Download the AlpharevX tool on their website
-Run the tool, with your IncredibleS connected to your pc, with usb-debugging enabled (charge mode)
-When it gives you the key, copy it and paste it on their website together with the info which they request
-Please note it can take a few minutes...

It didn't work?
-Disable/pause firewalls
-Disable/pause antivirus
-Close HTC sync
-Wrong key? > reboot phone, obtain new key, redo the process
--Re-download it and try again
---Still not?
-Flash a virgin or wwe RUU (needs goldcard)

Downgrade probs?
-incorrect CID while using the goldcard? <- you failed creating a goldcard > try again

right from the alpharevx page where you put in your phone serial no

you get a key in the program
copy that to the website where it asks it
its sensitive so put the caps where they shud be...

It worked great! I had to tell my "NoScript" plugin to accept the AlphaRev page before I could enter my device serial number.

The actual process was very easy and took less than a minute.

I zeroed out my device serial number and beta key.
