S.onyTablet.S v3.0 [FLASHER] - Tab S/P/Xperia fws! new: Xperia Tab JB 4.1.1 !!!!!!!

ok guys, got v2.1 with recreated Xperia fw.
the problem appeared - dropbox error 509 - daily bandwidth limit.

i must consider switch to other sharing service.

up till now we've got:
dropbox - daily limit.
google drive - no direct links for big files.

any suggestions for free service without bandwidth limit & direct links?

Flasher Tool is not working with Tablet P, it goes through all the steps but no flashing is done (I'm still on the same firmware with the broken recovery)

By the way, it will push data, decompress and inflate the files only when there is an external sd card is inserted, if I remove the external sd it gives the error "no such file or directory" so I don't know if this is related to the internal sd structure of the Tablet P (is it different than Tablet S).

I've did rooting again with AiO tool and used the hack "enable write permissions to sd" but still same results with Flasher Tool.

I would appreciate your reply and help as soon as you get the time to.

No it just reboots as normal with the default boot animation.
By the way, when the Tablet P is connected to pc the internal sd directory is not shown only the ext sd is shown. Also Tablet P internal storage is shown 2GB only.
Files transfer and decompression with Flasher Tool only proceeds when there is an ext sd inserted and it all takes place on this ext sd not on the internal storage of Tablet P.
I hope that you can find a solution to that problem.

today can dl that flash file, is so fast , my dl speed have 1MB/SEC, but i have one questions , at last step , hidded the image, then the tool is show reboot the device, my tab is rebooting, but hold on the sony logo there , i have try to wait, but a long time, about the 10mins, is no feedback, so need hand power off, and open , that is normal or only me something worng???

Condi, tried 2.1 flasher tool again (downloads are working again) and after it downloads the firmware it seems ive lost root after the initial 2.1 flash and the loss of vendor apps. do you know where i can get the official ota 6 flash to try and get my vendor apps back, the incrementals fail due to vendor apps not being available on my recovery partition.

No, you did not do anything wrong. Condi's S.onyTablet.S [FLASHER] v1.0 and v1.1 use firmware images based on 4.0.3r5a Poland WiFi+3G. Having WiFi+3G firmware on a WiFi Only tablet will not cause the tablet any problems; however, like you, I would prefer to have a WiFi Only firmware instead. Condi recently said he is "trying now to add next firmwares." I believe (with fingers crossed) Condi is working on adding US WiFi Only firmware. We will just have to wait to see what he does.

Truth to be told, i just managed to flash him and install few basic apps that i use, i havent had time to play with it, so its pretty much collecting dust now. -_-'

No, at any point dont do OTA update at the moment or you will not be able to Root/Exploit recovery.

Now, i have one question.. By browsing some other tabs (for instance Galaxy Tab 10.1) I see far much more custom roms for far older device, they even got Jelly build now. Being that both tabs use same structure (tegra2) what is the difference between those two? Why arent we able to build roms like that?
Looking at my PS3/Vita and ways to crack it, i noticed that sony did some nasty protection that can render your device literally unusable if you are not careful. Now they prolly did same thing to Tab S/its boot image so we cant mess with it much. But.. thats only my shoot in the blank, if someone can explain me a bit, i would really like to know a bit more.

I have the same problem, the flasher did everything except flash....
I have a AT&T Tablet P. Please provide a solution. Thank you for the hard work.
