So to those, who has got working ICS now, what exactly did you do? Did you change the region before using the AiO? I think its not normal, that some of us get an error and others doesn't have any problems´
EDIT: When i try to flash ICS like Condi posted and there would be this error, is my device bricked? Or can I boot normally?

---------- Post added at 07:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:43 PM ----------

Bro, Im on Step 4, Untill it ask me to install update.zip, but it seem there is no update.zip in my sd card, help pls...where did i do it wrong ?
Ya, it is a bit confusing because the filename is not update.zip, it is the zip file you downloaded in step one and copied to your SD card root directory

Behind you!
If anyone gets brick by Condi's tool like this :

Start up, Sony Mark, Black screen off,
And you can still get in recovery mode?.,

Then it must be repaired by Sony, what happend?., Condi's tool changed all values to zero, Nothing you can do about it, not Condi's fault, but thats the risk you take if you are trying things that are not in the manual,

I had my tablet bricked, and said: It will not start after factory reset, Sony didn't saw that i bricked it by my self, so its repaired they put a new Chip in it. and had it back in 8 a 9 days.

correct me if i am wrong.:)

How can I use my backup?PowerButton + Vol - doesn't boot my device in recovery mode
when you want to boot into Recovery you need to press Vol + and Power ;) (not Vol- :D)

---------- Post added at 03:08 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:02 PM ----------

I've got my decrypted and signed update.zip now(240MB).. gonna flash it now and report it :)
Edit : It's flashing :) no Error until now :)
EDIT1: Flashing completed, no Error :)))) now Booting!! :)
EDIT2: It worked! :) For all of you who have got this error: When your Tablet Reboots after you decrypted the update in Recovery, pull the decrypted_update.zip from sd-card manually into _decrypted -Folder in AiO-Folder. Then put SD-Card back in your Tablet and then apply "yes" for adding root and so on. After that you can follow the AiO again :) Works great :)

from v2.6 there are already some checks, which prevents from '0' bytes,
empty pulled files, so its not the same as your case :)

You have to take the ics image zip... the update process will be aborted and the image will be copied to the pc

Sent from my Sony Tablet S using xda premium
Yes, exactly, the link is in tutorial, guys - please don't be soooo lazy not to copy downloaded file to sd! ;)

I added Tutorial in my Post above, how it works ;) it's just a little bug in AiO, but you can fix it manually as Condi said :) BTW: THANK YOU Condi for your great work!
Edit: just a little note: All my apps and settings are still there :)

Looks like djlars is on the money with this - I post something here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=25374728&postcount=43 rambling on about problems with the tool and it looks like I and djlars were right - there is a bug in the AiO - I pulled my card after decryption, copied the decrypted zip to the _decrypt file on the PC, then put the SD card back in and ran the separate rooting tool. ICS IS UP AND RUNNING!

Steps to follow!

I hav followed every steps in the thread, until I get stuck after step 4.
"Run v2.7 AiO - goto 'Custom Rom' submenu, choose 'Decrypt Update' function,"

I ve tried several time but the command keeps saying build.incremental value is too high... then the process aborted.

Could anyone help with me? Thanks v much.

Condi - Please help. I bricked my device attempting this. I have rooted 5 android devices and have never had this problem. I am hoping that you can help me recover my tablet s. At this point the tablet turns on to the sony logo and then turns itself off. I am only able to get into the stock recovery. I can not get adb. I tried flashing the official OTA that I downloaded in your OP in recovery and I get the prohibit base sku error. This is a US tablet coming from rooted 3.2 using your 2.6 tool. I believe that last thing that I tried to do was either add backdoor or add bootloop protection in your tool. After that it rebooted constantly and now I am in this state. At this point I don't even care about the root. I have tried flashing the unrooted package and that does not work either.

Please help!
