No way to downgrade from official 4.0.3 to 3.2.1

I have Sony Tablet P with Android 3.2, Radio R3B01, Kernel 2.6.36.3 build6 #1 and message from all-in-one script that "it looks that your device is [for now] not rootable". Please advice what i could do? May be will flash some OTA 3.2.1 with rootable kernel? How can I did it?

You will need to update to 3.2.1 first please contact me on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1687429 and I will try find you update if it is not there already.

Condi! Now that the install.zip was created, i can just boot into recovery and 'install' it to reach the custom one, right? Or do i need to connect it to the comp and do the whole process over again?

Sorted now. Found 3.2.1 update then rooted and pre rooted ics.

Now I'm stuck with all-in-one script... Thank to stifilz again, I obtain a root on SonyP Android 3.2.1 nbx02_030 and i'm going to cook prerooted ICS. Script runs, then build and push install.zip on SDCard and turn off the device. I go to the recovery and try to flash this file, but get an error telling that some string in /system/build.prop with nbx003_030 (?) is not match my region.. Please help...

Can I downgrade my device from prerooted 4.03 to 3.2.1r2?
- YES! In few simple steps:
1. Boot into RECOVERY;
2. Flash 3.2.1r2 update zip (removed from s.ony server - added mirror );
3. During flash tablet will reboot 3 or 4 times, with 'green dots' screen.
Just before last 3rd dot reboot you've got to hold VOL+ button,
to get to RECOVERY just after flashing complete! IMPORTANT!;
4. Wipe device;
5. DONE.

Wipe just after flash is very important, because if you will not gonna do this,
then it will be bootlooped in start animation, after wipe will boot correctly,
but after another reboot it will gonna boot again into ICS!
So if you will not gonna wipe just after flash, then just start all over again.

Still having troubles, sorry to hear. Here is the link to the thread to post info for regions to be added http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1549075 just some simple info needed to add to AIO.

Recovery yes. Try the one posted on page one under FAQ or your original HC rom (if its under kernel10 you should be able to root and start again).

Just put onto sd card then flash through recovery.

Nope. Rooting only adds needed files, i.e busybox and superuser to the tablet.
