as you were saying, i have to install the driver for recovery, i can see sony in device manager with the yellow triangle, but if i try to install the driver it says that there isn't any driver available for the device, i'm using the same driver that i have for adb.. where is the problem? driver signature already off

thnx alottttt i got super user ....but now can any one guide me what to do to flash honeycomb or xperia tablets rom into my sony tab s and will root remains or it will gone ?

remember that even if you will flash prerooted r5+ firmware it will update recovery and block/disable adb shell in recovery !

btw if you will flash some fw via automode - post results also

for now i'm not going to flash any update, i will just stay with the r2a because it is a 3g tablet and i need 3g function, anyway, it has created the decrypted zip but if i try to make it pre rooted and with backdoor installed it gives me a lot of error..

have you tried with 'run-as-admin'? and have you unpacked AiO to root of C:\ ? (C:\S.onyTablet.S v5.0\...) ?
pm me log of custom-up-make errors.

cant go further after decripting...it gives me a error assert failed and a long message and then i go to the sd card and flash install.zip file while during verification and then installation aborted i dont know what to do now ?

yes i have again installed the adb driver in recovey but tell me that is the same method to install drivers right ? now my device is shown as andoir device/ composite device

take a look at one of videos in OP, the one which shows how decrypting etc goes, from a to z
you will see how it should look/proceed like.

i saw that video the error showed up in that videi is installation abort msg but i got error and status 7 i dont remember that its just crap written there

and yeah i also cant find hack recovery in my sd card/......i didnt format my sd card and there are more files in that sd card can that cause this problem ? anyways now backing up my 32gig sd card and then try after format

delete files\_hack_recover.zip from AiO and try again

I also get the error code seven Thus, I cannot update from HC to ICS and thus I cannot try this great tool But I even tried to update immediately via OTA and didn't even connect my phone to the PC (I tried earlier to use AiO-Tool v 4.1., are there maybe any files remaining on my tablet?)

Mikajo try to delete file hack recovery from aio tool folder and try again I am also trying this right now.....

Xperia pro just close aio tool and remove usb from tablet and again plugin and try again

wipe via recovery, and try again. only some certain devices got problems with injected package (you cant take a look at /data/system/uiderrors.txt),
or after reboot packages.xml is being restored/rebuild somehow... after good permissions, and writable packages.xml somehow...

but for sure - after XX times you will get root
try several times, wipe, try again.

unfortunatelly for now no. its in hidden.img which is encrypted blob,
and device refuses to update with lower than present recovery version.
