S-Pen not connecting

My S-Pen won't connect.
I place it on the back with the tip up and it doesn't connect. Nothing changes on the screen. Tried reset of the S-Pen in the app several times.
Anyone knows of a solution to this?
The pen works to use normal but says disconnected so can't use any special features.

Try to Enable SPen with the icon in the Status drop bar or in setting, advance settings, SPen.

Minha S-Pen não se conecta.
Eu coloco na parte de trás com a ponta para cima e ele não liga. Nada muda na tela. Tentou redefinir a S-Pen no aplicativo várias vezes.
Alguém sabe de uma solução para isso?
A caneta funciona para usar normal, mas diz desconectada, então não pode usar nenhum recurso especial.
