S Translator from S4 working w/ voice recognition + very basic info about S4 ports

try it(S_Translator_with_voice) and it works on 4.1.2 .
voice is OK. not only text .
I t ' a pity that Only online to work. I also use google translate app and I like S translator better.
S translator can speak two languages . we don't need to click to change language if we want to speak another one.

But. I face some troubles . Why it can't work on 3G ? Only Wifi ....
Second . Japan language cant be read . I know thats because it need SamsungTTS.
I got tts/lang_SMT folder and put FIVE smt_ja_JP_f01 files into my system .
It' s the same . So I think this is maybe SamsungTTS.apk problem. Right ?
I want to know why Japan language cant be read . hope someone can solve it .

I've tried both ways in this thread and two other files I found elsewhere. None seems to work. The last one I tried was to manually copy over the APK and the so files. Doing that clued me in that the other methods did "work" but it doesn't show in my drawer and I cant use it. Any idea what I may be doing wrong here? I am signed into my Samsung account but even in there I cant sync it. It is set to sync off and wont change.

Thats perfect. Then S3 with 4.2.1 users rom could have more things working.
