S20 FE Cases and Covers

Where did you get that Samsung open bottom case from? I can't seem to find it without the cover for the FE.

I ended up getting both the Samsung kickstand case and the Silicone case. Both have serious flaws for me. The kickstand on the kickstand snaps off at the lightest touch rendering it almost useless, and the kickstand protrudes out, causing the phone to sit unevenly on a flat surface. The silicone case attracts tons of dust and static charge. I ended up returning both and getting a Spigen Ultra Hybrid, which is essentially the same as the Samsung kickstand case without the useless kickstand.

Has anyone found an open back cover that just a bumper around the edge? I thought that's what "bumper case" means but it seems like every case in the world puts the keyword bumper on it making it impossible to find an open back one.

The Caseology parallax and a Techgear Tough Armor case.

The Caseology one was 5 quid. The hard plastic on it feels cheap and in general makes the whole thing look cheap af. But hey, £5 is £5.

The Caseology one was for £13 and feels quite premium. Similar build quality to Spigen cases (they are sister companies after all). Adds similar bulk to what the Spigen Tough Armor case does to my S8.

I think you meant to say the Spigen one was for £13.

I had the Tough Armor case on my Note 8 for years and it's one of my all-time favorite cases. It is slim, it has a kickstand, it is compatible with wireless charging, it works with magnet mounts and it is compatible with tempered glass screen protectors. It is VERY hard to find a case that checks all those boxes. I don't know if the S20 FE version will be comparable but the photos look quite similar so I just ordered one. I couldn't find the Tough Armor case for some reason and ordered two other cases for my phone. One is unmentionable, the other is the Supcase mentioned earlier. It is a good case if you don't mind the bulk but it has an integrated flexible type screen protector that impairs the screen and only offers scratch protection. This won't do anything to protect the screen from cracking and you can't use a tempered screen protector with it. It also has a plug that covers the USB port which I hate, if I was going to keep this case I'd cut it off. Here's the link for that one if you prefer a more bulky case.

I'm a big fan of the Poetic Guardian cases. I've owned them on several of the phones I've had, and have been very satisfied.

Edit: it looks like Poetic has an additional case offering for the S20 FE, also available through Amazon. I think I'll have to give it a try.

Can't find the Spigen ToughArmour anywhere... Plus they only made it in one colour.

I put the Spigen TA or TA Slim on every phone I've ever had since the S6 era.

I thought this phone was much better than that. Apparently it sold more than the regular S20/S20 5G so why isn't it as popular in the accessories department? Even Caseology doesn't have much for it.
