Hello everyone, I'm really struggling here, I bought a Factory unlocked S21+ (SM-G996U1), I'm trying to use a Movistar SIM card and when I power on the phone it works just fine LTE and everything but after 5 minutes or so the phone show the notification that I've attached and I lose all connectivity.

I've tried a lot of things, first of all disabling the app that is running that notification (the only verizon related app on the phone) and it still appeared.
I Flashed the phone with stock factory unlocked firmware but it doesn't change, also the phone detects that I tried or did flash the firmware so I think it's not actually doing anything.
I bought credits for SamKEY and tried to change the CSC from VZW to XAA but nothing the process passed as a success but the phone shows that it's still on VZW.

I really don't know what to do, I've tried calling Verizon from my country but I can't get any help because the recording keeps asking for a Verizon number that I don't have.

If someone has any clue to what to do with a Factory Unlocked Verizon S21+ please help me!!

Thanks!

That phone is NOT factory unlocked. It's a Verizon variant that someone flashed the U1 firmware to - and it's still SIM locked to Verizon (that's what that Change Carrier message means).

What's the Baseband Version on the device? You can find that under Settings-->About-->Software Information
