S21 SM-991u no official update

I am using galaxy s21 sm-991u for two months & did not get any updates ( no os, no security) it's stuck with June 1 security. though I am in BANGLADESH. any solution???

Updates ( read: patches to existing Android ) get rolled out by OEM if they deem it necessary.

This is the current software version of Galaxy SM-G991U. Did not get any official update yet.
Can anyone please give me the upgraded firmware link?
Does the Base version change after the software update?
