Question S21 Ultra Hong Kong (G9980) can not OTA update

I have buy a S21 Ultra Hong Kong version and when I manually check for update on the pho ne, it says Register failed.

I can still flash firmware via odin or update manually over PC with Smart switch. I have tried TGY and BRI rom and this problems stay the same.

Is there anyone that have the same error and know how to fix it? Or is it the same problems of this version.

P/s: I do not live in HK and not using HK carrier sim. All other functions work normally.

What country and carrier are you? Could possibly be an incompatible carrier.
I have the HK Version outside of HK and no issues
