This is most likely OneUI 5.0. Samsung's tablets got One UI 4.1.1, and the software major version letter didn't increase, in this case, it got changed to B, then this means its OneUI 5.0

I remember that letter changing last year in S21 when moving from 4.0 to 4.1, which indicates OneUI version update

Yeah but it was 4.0 -> 4.1
Not 4.1 -> 4.1.1

What firmware version are you trying to update from?
Are you trying to update to the latest version of AVI13?
What version of ODIN? Mine is 3.14. What exactly error are you getting?
