follow the steps 1 2 3 4 and the download starts after you allow permission to access the folder....

if you go to "HISTORY " Step1
You can find older firmware and download it to, 5 is the version

Factory reset.... you can do a clean install with Odin but with csc not home-csc... is better than do factory reset from settings or recovery, I have made all the steps, factory reset on settings and recovery and after made a clean install with CSC.... And a clean cache on recovery

I did everything as you did and it works very well now. Thank you
