I also change my csc to SEK because of the call recording featured and i get the updates late (about 1 to 2 weeks from other csc 's) but its worth the waiting i believe.
You know, this is a bit of a theoretical question. If there was only a slip within the series (S22 ultra) and all other older flagships and mid-range devices also included a November security update, people would be even more forgiving. Here, however, we are talking about the fact that "practically the entire Samsung range" contains the December security update, but the current flagship does not. One thing sets it apart from other flagships, namely the csc. Because SEK csc and there is now a war in Ukraine, one would expect that the SEK csc device would be updated in the same way, since, among other things, one bought a flagship so that it would not be the last to receive updates. The manufacturer does not give it as a gift, but sells it at an expensive price. Why can the iPhone be updated in Ukraine? It's a small market, but this is a very unsympathetic attitude on the part of the manufacturer.
