Hello,my s23u came with eux,i changed the first day with sek to have the call recording,i want to ask, if I change to ins will i have call recording, Samsung pay, spam protection and ota updates?

Hi. Yes you will have. BUT, S Pay is only for Indonesia. And if you have a samsung watch 4 or 5 , you cannot work ECG and blood pressure monitoring
no,i dont have Samsung watch!!s pay will not work with the Greek banks?

SPay not working in Greece. But Google Pay works!! I use ILO csc for EUX Greece and I'm very happy! Call recording and spam protection. And galaxy watch . And OTA updates. No SPay but it's useless in Greece
SPay in XID CSC is the only local version of Samsung Pay for Indonesia.
SPay in INS CSC is an inernational Samsung Pay - works with every bank that have Samsung Pay support + India bank extras.

Every *Pay (Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay, Wena Pay, Huawei Pay and so on...) have INDIVIDUAL contracts between EXACT PAY service and BANK/FINTECH.
If of there is no contract between Samsung Pay and your Bank - it can not add card to Samsung Pay.
I don't think so. It only works on global model with altered csc. Your best bet to getting it is by rooting & custom ROM.
Only Samsung desides when to release exact CSC.
In most cases they are SAME FILES (BL, AP, CP), - only CSC (CSC and HOME_CSC) are different (some times) - but firmware are COMPILED almost on same day - just released in differet days.
EUX is FIRST / FASTER new firmware releses.
Then new Bootloader is relased - some small region is first test and then all are showpn. Sometimes even not fully assigned by Google Protect - and "Device is not Play Protect Certidied" ...
If you are impatient to wait - just downloa EUX (BL, AP, CP, HOME_CSC) and flash with ODIN - firmware version will be new, CSC remain the same.

Just one minus with INS is the 3xpress will initiate the emergency call (by law in India), and I'm used to 2x for the camera from the lockscreen - and I use this a lot - but have now a couple of times, accidentally called 112 (911) here in DK from extra presses, not the best thing if it happens 
But still, call recording is important for me

Yes , SEK doesn't have Call ID support natively. BUT , ILO has! I am in ILO some months already and I'm very satisfied. OTA updates are also well and fast working. Only Samsung Pay doesn't exist but I don't care as Google Pay is better.

The firmware is not signed by Google Play Protect - so phone become UNCERTIFIED and Google Pay stops, other SafetyNet dependent also.
At the moment only THL CSC is pushed to ...WEA. Others (at the moment) are on WD1.
TThe is nonoption to downgrade because this is first firmware with new 2 bootloader.
Deleting, Unistalling, Clearing data, even Factory reset do NOT avoid uncertified status.
(There is a chance for updating Play Protect but it's less likely before Samsung new firmware.)
Current option for already updated to WEA:
Just wait for new WEx (after A) or WFx firmware.3
No, because on THL was realesed NEXT fimware ...WEA. (for other CSCs, at the meoment is still ...WD3 firmware) Change ti INS will shows/hides fieatues for INS, it will stay on ...WEA witth the problem with Google Play protect. Until Google update Play Protect and authorize ...WEA firmware OR until Samsung release next firmware (WEx, alter than A, or WFx) and this new firmware is also authorized by Google's Play Protect.
W - means 2023 (T 2020 , U 2021, V 2022, X 2024)
E - means April (A January... L December)
0...9,A...Z - firmware build in the month2
There is no need to flash anything EUX and THL files are SAME on the same version. Just use SamFw to switch CSC.
When new firmware is released on the CSC that your phone is currently with, you can update OTA
or
for example if TIM (Italy) or any other (from same MultiCSC, in your case _OXM_ writen in HOME_CSC_OXM_.. filename) have newer than WE1 fw version - you can flash via ODIN (BL,AP,CP,HOME_CSC) - no data will be loast and Active CSC will stay (EUX or THL) and specific features available for this CSC will work.

Firmware (files) have no differences for diffferent CSCs in same MultiCSC (for your phone case _OXM_ MultiCSC). Switch between CSC (and features depended on them) can be done via SamFw (feee) or Samkey (paid), or other method. OTA update come also when pushed for this exact CSC.2
Argh already did the update and after the first 3 payments it's now blocked...

Yes , I used samfw for first time in my s23 ultra. The procedure is very easy and safe. I tried INS but then I changed to SEK for the reasons I explained before.
In short:
1. You enable ADB in your phone
2. You download samfw to your windows PC and run it.
3. Connect your s23 ultra with the PC through a cable.
4. Run samfw , and press Tab adb in the program (it is the third tab in the upper place of the app).
5. You will see a pop up menu with all available XOM multi- csc .
6. Choose and right in the appropriate box the one you want (INS ,SEK etc).
7. Press "change csc"
8. It will appear a prompt saying dial *#1234#* (or something like that ) while the screen of your phone is looking like being in check mode( like the one you have in Samsung Member app when you want to make a check for some function).
9. That's it. In seconds you have your new scs without data wiped!6
