Question S23 - call recording - possibility of changing CSC ?

I changed from EUX to Israel. In Bulgaria its perfect. Call Recording, Caller ID, Spam Protection are working perfectly.

I noticed that the Fw tool showed failed to change, but actually csc eas changed

I need to change CSC on my S23 ultra to have samsung pay. i need it to use car digital key.
If I use SamFw tool, will I use my data on phone? will it do factory reset?
What do I need to know before doing it?
will INS code be ok for having samsung pay?

Latest update is ...WD1 (from April) release on May 2nd.

BTB | BTE | EVR | MEO | MET | SFR | TSI | BOG | CAU | CPW | EUX | EUY | MOB | MOT | MSR | O2C | PLS | PRT | SEK | SER | SIM | SKZ | SWC | TIM | TOP | VIP | WWA | WWC | WWD
Can I force SamFWTool towards one not present like THL or INS?

Does anyone have experience of if VoLTE still works after a CSC change? This is critical for me as our 3G network shuts down next year.

I haven't tried SEK but ILO csc still let's me use VoLTE. You'll lose S-pay with that csc though.

On S22 Exynos series - models B - only SEK have Call Recording. (INS is part of S22 SnapDragon E models.)

I change CSC to ILO and record call working good but my samsung calendar marked Friday and Saturday as a weekend day . Is it possible to changed weekend days colors?

Until now i am using ILO csc and i would like to ask,with ILO can i use rcs?or i have to change csc?
i tried SEK and i can use rcs,i tried ins and i cant send...any idea which csc have everything(call rec,spam call) and rcs?or how to enable rcs on sammsung messages?
