Get with Frija. You can manual download for EUX (Which is available), Both are part of OXM group so there won't be any difference between INS and EUX

Fill details like this
- Model : SM-S918B
- Region : EUX
- Enable manual instead of auto then
- PDA and CP slot write : S918BXXU1AWA6
- CSC slot write : S918BOXM1AWA6
Now you should able to download firmare
