I recommend not flashing a rom until you determined the bootloader that is currently loaded on your phone.

i believe there is an app in playstore called samsung info. download that and it will tell your bootloader and other pertinent info.

You have at least a 4.3 bootloader but you still need to know if it is 4.3 or 4.4.2.

Follow mrrocketdog's advice and use the Samsung info app to get the bootloader version.

yes it`s 4.3 version because it has 4.3 on sd card which has hard bricked

I suggest loading a custom recovery onto your phone and a custom rom to at least get the phone up and running without the need for an sd card.
