S4 active microphone and reciever not working during the call

My samsung s4 have`s a problem with microphone and reciever during calls.Dony have warranty .I`ved tryied with different firmwares restore and reset but no effect.In test menu they work perfect.I went to a service and said that is the audioc/codec driver (HARDWArE).Can someone help me with this problem? Or can you tell me an application that can be used to recieve calls that is using multimedia mic ?
