s4 mini battery type

hi ,

just bought a new battery ( apparently it is a genuine Samsung) battery for my S4 mini . The strange thing is I left it on charge all last night and it was still on 0% . On further investigation I have found something odd , the original battery for my I9195 has 4 copper connector plates in the top corner the new one has only 3 . The original battery is called a B500BE and the new one is a B500AE . Has anyone encountered this previously and have I been given the wrong battery ?

B500BE is meant for S4 Mini LTE I9195. The battery unit has NFC chip built in. Thats why there are 4 terminals.
B500AE is meant for other s4 minis. Like I9190 or I9192. Not for LTE units. They do not have NFC chips. So only 3 terminals.
However you can use any battery. I recently bought B500AE and it works just fine. I do not use NFC so that is not a problem.
It charges well for me. Make sure you are using samsung charger. Also it is possible that the usb port on your phone
is defective. So check that out too.

i have dual sim i9192 and it have 3 pin, but in my country its hard to find battery with 3 pin, its only 4 pin battery, can i use 4 pin battery?
