S4 Mini - Emergency calls only

after flashing different roms i lost my calls and mobile data... i still have my imei and phone number but cant make calls or access internet! i have tried to flash stock roms but i dont fix it. please someone help me

hi...make sure that you dont lose your s/n because i tink you dont root your phone sucessfuly and you lose you s/n
1:make sure that you have the same imei that you have in your phone
2 put this code (*#12580*369#) in a stock rom and tell me what you see
3 some time the imei is good but you lose your s/n and you cant make call or any thi'g and you show emergency call only
4:if you lose your s/n soory you cant repair that if you dont have a profesionnel cable and a programe named (z3x samsung tools)..so you need to repair your phone in a repair shop.or SAV
5 SO tell me what you see when you put the code
