Hello, please guys, I really Really really Need some help with my phone, because I'm out of Ideas...

CASE: S4 Mini Duos - GT.i9192

PROBLEM: Doesn't save any changes in android (in my session) (((I mean, installed apps, new photos, new texts are gone after reboot, also If I delete files, photos, apps, they are back the same after reboot))), Doesn't let me install Stock or Custom Recovery (it says No Commands), Everything I do through ODIN ends Great, Ok, with Zero Error, But after Reboot, my Phone it's Exclatly the same, the same date/hour, the same files, the same wallpaper, sames apps, etc.

DONE SO FAR:

- Kies (Emergency Recovery, etc) with Zero Error ------> After Reboot: S4mini The SAME.
- Smart Switch (Emergency Recovery, etc) with Zero Error ------> After Reboot: S4mini The SAME.
- ODIN : Stock Recovery (TPA, Latin America, Trinidad Tobago, brazil) with Zero Error ------> After Reboot: S4mini The SAME.
- ODIN: Stock Recovery + PIT File (correct one) with Zero Error ------> After Reboot: S4mini The SAME.
- ODIN: Custom Recovery (clockworkmod, twrp, Philz) with Zero Error ------> After Reboot: S4mini The SAME.
- ODIN: Custom ROMS (several) with Zero Error ------> After Reboot: S4mini The SAME.

- STOCK RECOVERY: Error Says: No Commands... and at bottom says:
#MANUAL MODE#
--Appling Multi-CSC...
Applied the CSC-code: TPA
Unable to open dst '/system/app/VivaElFutbol_v1.03.apk' (No such file or directory)
-- Wiping data...
Formatting /data...
E : format_volume: male_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc. 1/by-name/userdata

and more of the same...

I'm Out of Ideas.....

when the phone reboot, I'm able to used for minutes or hours, but eventually it auto reboot, could it be right away, when start getting hot, or after couple hours...

Please, I Really need some help... thanks

When I go to Stock Recovery or tried Hard Reset, this PICTURE is what I get.
**I Cant paste the Link**

I'd look at permissions, you probably don't have write or execute somewhere.

Though I've never had to play around with them thankfully I know there is an option in TWRP (maybe CWM also) that is called "fix permissions" that will change folder permissions back to default.

u should read not write

E : format_volume: male_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc. 1/by-name/userdata

there is the answer of your question, silly
it does not even touch your system
