S4 Mini plus/VE (IGT91951I) Camera blur

I've just bought an S4 Mini Plus/Value Edition and the photos from the camera are awful. It seems that the camera is extremely sensitive to movement while taking a photo. Photos are generally much worse than the S3 Mini I had previously and more like what I would expect from a £30 device.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm wondering if Samsung downgraded the camera on the Plus (I9195I) when the changed the processor. I use my phone as a camera a lot so I will have to return it for a refund unless someone knows of some magic cure?

Look in the settings of the camera app, Maybe it's on vga or something on default? I never heard of s4mini plus so..

Thanks but I've been through all the settings and it all seems fine. It seems like it was frequently failing to focus. I returned it (Argos) for a refund and will see if I can get the standard dual core S4 mini instead.
